"Did you have work done?"

Yesterday when I went into visit my son at the nursing home I received a really neat compliment... if not an odd one. I ran into one of the nurses that has taken care of my son & he did a double take at me. We exchanged our hello's & then he said "I have to ask you--- have you had work done?"

I kinda laughed and said "Noooo".

Then he asks what I've been doing cuz my face looks really great. He's a smart guy cuz he quickly followed that up "Not that you didn't look good before".  Nice save.  ;-)

My answer for a couple of years now has always been "I use Frankincense & Patchouli EVERY morning!" Frankincense is AMAZING for  skin & Patchouli is said to be fantastic for wrinkles... and wouldn't we all agree that wrinkles are something most people wanna put off for as long as possible... #amiright?

Recently, I've added this sweet little toy [pictured below with my oils]--- it's a mini 2 from Ashley Black.  Now she's got another product specifically made for the face coming out in Feb 2017... but for now I am LOVING using the mini 2 on my face, carefully--- very carefully. Ya know, so I don't poke an eye out or something.

I'm sure you might be wondering why and how this mini 2 could make a difference... one word-- Fascia.  Fascia is the fibrous connective tissue occurring in sheets beneath the surface of the skin & between muscles & groups of muscles [from dictionary.com]

Using a fasciablaster helps to:

  1. makes muscles function better
  2. lessens the look of cellulite
  3. improves soft tissue pain
  4. breaks up fat
  5. increases blood flow
I've noticed that it increases circulation & has helped my face look firmer which totally explains the question -- "Did you have work done?" hopefully... my answer will always be No-- i have faith in my oils & the fasciablaster

I got my mini 2 here and the full-size Fasciablaster here The face blaster will be coming out in Feb. 2017
